I just applied the Shift firmness setting... and that 1-2 lag that us AWD guys had is gone... I didn't even try rasing the shift points yet... It's like a kick in the pants...
The "AutoKick" doesn't give you the "5" like the other tuner though.

Well that's a bummer, but I could live without it.
However let me ask you this. When you shift into Autostick mode from a stop, what gear does it put you in? How about when you're rolling? In stock form, my early build 05 would always put you in the highest gear possible and I'd have to downshift to get to the one I wanted. Yes that's correct, sitting at a stop and going to Autostick mode the trans would show 4th gear and I'd have to downshift. However after using the Flashpaq to adjust the trans settings, this has been corrected to a much more "logical" arrangement. It now always goes to the lowest gear possible. So at a standstill, it shifts into first and while rolling, it goes into the lowest allowable gear for the speed I'm traveling.

Actually, it shows 4 but starts from 1st.

You know that may be. It's been ages since I've run my car with the stock tune. All I remember for sure is that at a stop, I had to always keep bumping the shifter to knock the gear down to 1st and thinking how stupid that was. Then at a roll, it would just go into 4th. This made some sense, but I knew it could be better. Once I got my TCM upgraded to a supported version, I was able to take advantage of the SC's trans settings and I noticed right away that it worked in a much more logical manner. At a stop, bump into autostick and you're in 1st. At a roll do the same and it drops to the lowest allowable (probably safe) gear for your speed. While being able to be in 5th gear while in autostick mode to prevent MDS from kicking in, I seldom use it. Once I get that far I just bump it back into normal mode.

Ya'll are going to love the shifts. Also, I didn't have any lag on the initial 2-3 shift.

With a canned tune?

Yep. I haven't even started adjusting things. I just uploaded the "Performace CAI" tune and tested it out.

Is the Performance CAI going to be the one most will use? With minimal mods? CAI, hf cats...

I'd like to see some feed back from prior flashpaq owners that have whiched to the Diablo. Is it any better? Is it worth getting rid of the FP?

I've gotten my initial results. I just said I didn't adjust anything from the Canned tune. Now, I've upped the speed limiter, and rev. in neutral.
I'll have track results this Saturday.

Well, maybe it's just because I have the 6.1L ( :) ) but now I can see/feel the whole car torque when I rev the engine. And the rev limit in N seems to be set at 4300rpms.
