I had the car in another show this weekend. The only thing I've changed was the ride height on the front coilovers. I was just too low. Any opinions on the ride height? I like it and it isn't rubbing now. She looks low but is more functional.

Any how, no throphies or anything, just a good time at the show. The blue '62 BelAir next to me in the first photo acutally won my class.

You know, the same guy that beat me last week, won again in this show too. He just happend to be in his own Mustang class.

You have an incredible car! Very well done. I've competed in a handful of shows and I'm VERY surprised the way they classify your car! How would you ever be in the same class as a '62 BelAir???? :doh:

That is one sick ride, and I would have to say you are taking an awful chance. There's gonna be some crazed, maniacal Raiders fan that thinks he/she owns it and confiscate it from you. Maybe even big Al would be tempted to call it his own.

First off, a sincere Thank you to all the gracious compliments. Going to car shows and having folks admire the car, ask questions and take pictures is great. I have a blast meeting people and hangin out with other participants. Then comes awards time. It's a bummer when you don't win but oh well, I do it for the fun. A win is a plus. So then I come home and download my photos for the day, (another plus) select a few to share with the forums and I throw them up. Then I see all the compliments and positive motivation that come from you guys and I completely forget that I didn't win. You guys are great! Thanks again.

They stuck us both within the "Muscle" class. There was a mixture of cars in there but mostly classics with the exception of mine, and an '06 GTO.

I was kind of going for the "Fang" look when I decided to do it that way. I'm glad you like it. There's been mixed opinions about it since it was completed.
