Seems like a endless battle to keep anything nice anymore these days. So today we all got together over at my inlaws for a little grill out with family, I was being extra cautious since I knew a ton of kids were gonna be around and parked the car across the street. Come to move the car back at the end of the day, about a foot long key mark across the drivers side fender, I was all *!ck I wanna kill the SOB that did this, oh I am fuming, and what a jack A@# whoever did it.

That's why you get cameras installed so you can see who's around your car when your not there. Have them connected to a external hardrive that way you can just remove that and hook it up to your computer.

Seems like some people just have to rain on someone's parade since (for whatever reason) they don't have one of their own. Hope you can get it looking like new soon.

Man, I hate to hear that. I hope you somehow find out who did it. Probably some kid at the party who wanted to show off. I'm afraid that this will happen to me too with the Magnum. I'm so super careful with the LHS even if the paint isn't perfect anymore and I HATE when people don't show respect to other people's property. I had a mechanic trying to take off the front right tire since it was flat and I didn't have a good breaker bar, but he was so violent he end up scratching the rim to hell. I was fuming - be a little goddamn careful!!! I can only imagine on a new or nearly new car, especially one you're very attached to and customize - people will mess with is just to feel like they're somebody. The thought alone is very aggravating.

I hope you get it fixed asap so you can enjoy your car to the fullest again!:thumbs_u:

I know the feeling. I cam out to a parking lot to notice a huge dent in the side of my car. $1900 dollars worth of damage.

We had an out of town visitor at work and on the way to the airport he wanted to stop and get something to ear. Parked next to a pick-up with those huge tires. Said to myself, betcha I get hit by this thing. Yep, came out and a huge dent where his tires hit the rear fenders. Two days later got backed into by a truck with a loading ramp ... not too bad, a nice straight dent about 12" long. Pissed me off. Thankfully, these both happened to the SE we have for the office and not my R/T.

You were at Walmart ... did you expect anything different? It's so bad at our local WM they have the police (probably off duty) there Thursday to Sunday. There is no safe parking space at the local WM ... I don't ever go there anymore.

Drive on :racing:

I know people that would single out and target a car taking two spaces even though there are no other vehicles around.

It does not matter, there was still NO excuse for it! There NEVER is. People need to learn to be nicer in this world.

This sucks. Sorry to hear about it. As a keyed member myself on a couple of cars, nothing anyone can say, makes it feel better. Keep venting; everyone is with you on this.

Ken and I had to put security cam's up around our house and it was not to catch the neighborhood kids, unfortunately we ended up catching a family member and that made it twice as hard to take.

That can be said for the people that threw the mustard sauce, too.

I hope all learned a lesson here!:thumbs_u:

Sorry to hear about the key job. Stupid _ ss, who ever did it! I came out of Walmart about two months ago and found someone took a bottle of coke and squirted it all over the back and top of my car, and left the bottle on my bumper! Probably was sitting in the parking lot laughing. I keep it waxed, and luckily didn't ruin my paint. I was pissed that day!

A buddy of mine actually caught someone keying his 300 in a mall parking lot... Guess who?:loser: A guy driving a Mustang... Was later at night, so... The guys keys and cell phone were confiscated and dropped down a storm drain one by one. We were having a pretty good rain at the time, soooo, bye bye house keys AND car keys AND cell phone
The guy wandered off with his tail between his legs to find someone to help him get spare keys from home.
While he was gone, my buddy called his brother inlaw, and had him come by with his Tow truck and park the dudes Mustang in a real bad part of town...
The ol' Karma Dog was working over time that night...

Don't forget his money and his woman! I was always told messing with these three things could bring potential and sudden, and not so good, reactions.
