AWD brake upgrades

Thinking that I may upgrade the brakes on my 05 SXT AWD soon so I'd like to know what fits. Looking at the size of my rotors I think that I have RT brakes, is this the case? Are the AWD brakes different from the RWD models? I noticed that the StopTech big brake kits have no templates available for AWD. Thank you for any and all info!

The AWD SXT and AWD RT have the same brakes, which are bigger than the RWD SXT. If you are concerned with stopping power, maybe try a set of Hawk HPS pads first. That's all I've done to mine, on stock rotors and the braking was improved. Stops the HEMI without any issues.
