Hi All, well over 3 weeks ago, I ordered a cold air intake system FROM 360AirIntakez and waited for delivery. I am still waiting for my package, Joe at 360AirIntakez says my system was mailed out - but I still don't have it. His last email to me said he was going to CHECK on it - that was the last I heard FROM him. My emails to him go unanswered, heck of a way to run a business. If I don't hear FROM him soon, I will make a long distance call to him to try and get some answers. He has my money, I have nothing.
Just wanted to give a heads up on this vendor.
Not a happy customer,
Bob

Not trying to defend them but I called the other day and Chris at 360 said the guy that normally handles the customer service for them was on vacation and they are limping by without him. They did find my tracking number for UPS and according to the UPS site it should have been delivered yesterday. CHECK it today and it appears that UPS forgot to LOAD it on the truck yesterday and now I will get it Monday (since ups doesn't run on the weekends). I ordered mine around the 5th or so of this month.
They are a pretty small company so some things just don't work as smoothly as we would like sometimes.

I called 360 yesterday about the intake I ordered and they told me it had been shipped out on the 9th (US Mail?). They were very nice on the phone and said if it didn't arrive today they would send me another as soon as they could powdercoat one Candy Apple Red (gotta match the car, it'll go faster, right?). I didn't get here today, so I'll let you know what happens when I call them on Monday....

I tend to be impatient, so bear with me. When I buy something, I want it right away.
There is probably a good reason why the delay, I will call them on Monday to find out what is going on.

Finally, some good news.
I called 360 Air Intakez twice today, they are in Las Vegas and I am in Florida. I was unable to reach anyone, all I got was a recording saying to leave my name and number, they would call me back.
After waiting and waiting and waiting, they finally called me back.
They assumed my package was lost in shipping, they sent it by Priority Mail. There is no way to track Priority Mail.
They are sending me out a new unit by UPS Ground, so they can track it. I don't know why they don't send all their packages by UPS or Fedex, so they can track them.
So I will be getting my air intake, but I will have to wait for it to be shipped.
Trying to be patient,
Bob

I got my 360 air intakez today. Looks like a decent package. They powder coated the air box and the aluminum tube. Looks pretty good. Close match to my blue Magnum. I will put it in this weekend if I can wait that long.

I got my intake in the mail today!!!! I had a few minutes so I put it on. The parts were well made and fit as designed. My only complaint is 90 degree tube seems poorly drilled for it's requisite sensor, etc. Otherwise, the color seems close (candy apple red) and the finish looks good. Installation took less than 20 mintues (without removing the silencer) and it looks great! So far, I'm pretty pleased!

Good morning. Just wondering if the computer has to be re-set when the 360 (or any other cold air intake is installed? My neighbor has a Dodge Dakota, installed the cold air intake and it run rough. Disconnected the battery and reconnected it & everything ran fine afterwords.
I have a 360 on ORDER and didn't want any problems with the install.
Thanks, MAG-WAG

I don't know why, but I am still waiting for the 360 Air Intake that I had ordered back in AUGUST!
I have asked them for a tracking number and they ignore my request for it.
How long does it take to ship a package FROM Vegas to Florida?
If it does not arrive by tomorrow, I am asking for my money back.
Enough is enough!
NOT HAPPY

Hi Bob,
Give them a call. I just talked to them yesterday and said it was shipped FROM Vegas.
The Problem was that "they say" some were not fitting and the air draw hose was in the wrong Place & the mounting also was different.
They have found that the Magnums made before AUGUST were the old style and they have shipped me that one. My Mag was manufactured in MAY according to the door plate. If it doesn't fit right, I can return it and they will REPLACE it as soon as they get the new styled ones ready.
Hope this has helped.

Hi Rich,
I have tried to call them, all I ever get is a recording, leave your name & number etc, and they don't return my calls. Nor do they answer my emails.
BTW, mine was built in 04/04

Florida, I am sorry to hear of your troubles. I feel kinda responsible since I got production kit number one FROM 360. I was very satisfied and highly recomended them and still do.
It is odd you are HAVING so many problems communicating with them as my emails and calls were answered immediately. I do know 360 is a small company with only a few employees. Hopefully everything will turn out ok with you and there is still a chance of you being satisfied with your purchase.
I don't think anyone at 360 is intentionally trying to do you wrong since we all know how fast negative comments can hurt a business.
Good luck!!

After waiting 39 days to get mt 360 Air Intakez, it finally came today!!!!!!
Not sure why it took so long to get it, the kit is great, still not happy with their customer service. Just no excuse for me to wait that long!
Anyway, it got installed with no big problems, the instructions could have been better.
The sound of the intake, along with the sound of the Flowmasters is AWESOME!
The faster you go, the better it sounds.
It took me about an hour to get the install just right, but then I am 64, have arthritis, asthma and a bad heart. You younger guys could do it in about 10-15 minutes.
Plus it was 92 today and high humidity, in Florida.

I am 64, have arthritis, asthma and a bad heart.
Ah, yes, but doesn't the heart grow faster as you drive the car! I just turned 40
myself last month, and I should be getting my Cool Vanilla 300C very soon, as I
ordered it back on August 3rd.
But this just goes to SHOW you that if your 17 or 70, these cars do something to
the average guy that no other car in a long time has done. And thats bring us
together!!
I bet once the exhaust kicks in, and the cabin of your car fills with the sound of
what Hemi is supposed to sound like, your arthritis and asthma don't seem so bad
during your ride.
I am glad to hear you got your Intake finally. What I would do if I was you is write
and actual paper letter to the company, and address it to the president or owner.
Alot of times, they don't see e-mails, and instant messages FROM customers, but they
will almost always get their regular mail and read it.
Even if nothing happens, you can say that you did all you could to express your
dissaticfaction with their customer service even though you like the product.
My father has always done this with anything he is not happy with. I would say
about 80 percent of the time, he gets a letter back, and most times, he even gets
a gift certificate FROM the company. Its really amazing what you can do with an
actual paper letter.
His latest thing was he bought some of those compact flouresent bulbs for his house.
They were made by GE. Well, one blew out after about two years, and the package
said they should last 5 years. Now, granted, two years is along time, but it did say
it should last longer.
Anyway, he writes his letter, and mails it to the address on the back of the box of
the new bulb he bought to REPLACE the one that blew out. And about a month later,
he gets a letter FROM GE, saying they are sorry for the inconvenience, and they gave
him a 20 dollar GE gift certificate to buy any kind of GE bulbs he wanted FROM any
store he wanted!!
Now he would have had nothing if he didn't speak up. So, write your letter, and
tell them how you feel. It will make you feel better at least.

Good deal Bob,
Glad to see you received yours. Still waiting for mine but, "IF" they shipped it out on the 4th, I should see it at least by the first of next week.
I'll have to wait to install it as I will be out of town on vacation til the 16th.
I'll get back to ya'll as soon as I get it installed.
Later. Rich

I would write the letter, but 360 Air Intakez is a very small company and I am sure they all know what is going on.
I have my intake and I want nothing more to do with them.
I will never know the true story, but I have a hunch that the "first" package was never sent, only after I complained many times, did they finally ship a unit out to me.
They said that the first package was sent Priority Mail (USPS) and that my second package would be sent UPS Ground.
WRONG!
The only package I got came Priority Mail, they finally gave me a tracking number - which I thought was for UPS, but it turned out to be for Priority Mail.
Every time I heard FROM them, which was not often, they gave me a different story.
They just screwed up big time and didn't want to tell me.
Just let it go and lets get on with something better.

Just received my 360 Cold Air Intake after a long wait.
Excellent paint match to my cool vanilla Magnum. Nice metal work also.
That's about all I can say at this point as I "SHOULD" have time to get it installed this week-end.
I'll get back to everyone as soon as I do & Thanks for all your suggestions and help on this net.

 Yep! IT WON'T FIT.
Called 360 and informed of no fit problems and I am now waiting for a RA# to send it back. Waited almost a month to get it and it won't fit.
Basically, the air filter box hits the fender on the right rear, the left rear hitscorner of the engine & the inlet won't line up with the air intake port on the fender...........
It was ordered FROM Chris at EastCoastTruckin.com who is very willing to do whatever needs to be done to fix the problem. I know they are aware of 2 different engine locations on the RT depending on when it was made.
Sorry to say "I don't know if mine is an early or late production?". Delivered to the dealer 9/19 but the manufacturer date on the door states May 2005. :!: That alone makes no sense to me............
So, Back to the drawing board I guess.
I'll keep you informed.

OK! I took the air box in to an aluminium fabricating shop and they cut the back right corner on an angel and repaired the cut with a piece FROM the cut off.
Fits perfect. The cut (less that an inch allowed the box to set down close to the fender.
Easy fix. I still don't know why I am the only one so far with this problem.
Must have been a Friday late afternoon job.
No problem, It sounds great & hope it helps the gas milage along with the slight boost in HP.
Again Thanks for all your help & comments.

Here is a reply FROM 360 Air Intakez. This should solve the problem for future buyers.
QUOTE: I started cutting back the box about an 1”. I think it had to be my guy on our cutting machine. I think he put the wrong specs in for the dimension. When through all the boxes and found 2-3 of them to be off. But it’s all cleared up now, and we are about to release it for the 300C next. Thanks for the feedback and measurements, this helps out a lot FROM user feedback.
Take Care,
Joe Boblett
