i finally had my CCN updated to v4.08 and got the latest pcm flash
and i still cant get the esp to disable
any input would be welcomed

First question: look at the tag on your driver's door: What's your build date: not just the month/year, but there's also a month day year indicator.

When was the car built?

Sorry man - your car will not do the 3 position esp - doesn't matter what you do with the evic software.

It's really no big deal. The 1/2 off (or whatever %) is all I've ever used. I don't get any traction control intervention at the track, and only get intervention on the street if the car starts to slide sideways.

www.noesp.com (http://www.noesp.com) will take care of it for you. Added it to the wife's 300C SRT8 because it too was an early build, I can roast em all day if I want... Havent taken it to the track yet to see the difference, and it doesnt add all the B&G does, but it WILL take care of your ESP problem.
