View Full Version : Vipers for me:)

I really wanted a nice set of forged wheels to replace the pitting, peeling disaster of a chrome job SRT wheels on my car,but I can't justify or afford the prices. So I looked and looked and then ran into fitment issues for the SRT on the wheels I did like.So I ordered the Viper wheels and they got here today.I knew I wanted them after seeing the pics on the black Magnum.I got them staggered and should have them on the car in a couple weeks. They do have quite a nice dish to them, alot more than the pics lead on.

Before you lower the car, put some tire dressing on the tires. I've noticed it helps with bringing less attention to the circumference of the wheel+tires. Put up pics if you do though! Regardless, your wheels look awesome!!

hey erik, if you lower your magnum, will the tires hit the fenders. i have mine lowered 2 1/4" and the top of the tire is just inside the wheel well. anything wider than what i have would have the fender sitting on top of the tire. i know your tires are much wider than mine.

he must not be as low as i am. my tires are in the wheel wells. 3/8" wider and the fender lip would cut the sidewalls. any wider than that, the car would just sit on top of the tires.

i wouldn't lower your car more than an inch with those fat tires. any more pictures of these wheels on your car. they look wide, but lack dish????
