lowering a 300 Touring with 20's

My good buddy who is a coworker of mine has a 300 Touring with 20's. he wants to lower it at least 3/4 inch to a 1/2 ". What is the cheapest,yet most reliable drop to go with in the SOCAL area? Please let me know.

he wants it dropped a little is all....He thinks it is over a $1K, but I think he can get it done for less....but any brands with rough estimated pricing?

A set of SRT takeoffs will drop it about that much and improve handling too.

A set shouldn't cost more than $350-400.

Just get the Mopar springs... couple hundred bucks, then find a friend from the forum to help you put 'em on. $1000 is waaaaaaaaay too much if all he wants is the lowered appearance and slightly better handling.
