Would have to see it in person. If it's a clean conversion, then I like the way it looks. Wouldn't own a convertible though.

Our dealer had 2 of these a year ago -- just saw one of them still on their lot (a Black conversion).
New they MSRP for about $65,000 (don't know what they actually will sell them for) but for a $38K " Buy It Now" it's not too bad a deal.

Seen one at the Huntington beach meet back in '04. It was kinda cool.

Someone had come to the Mopar Nationals show a couple of months back with a 300 convertable. It looked pretty nice.

I like the idea but not the look of the one in the first post on ebay. The concept Helios is a much better look, although it would be better, safety wise, with a roll bar.

What about the vinal "GT" on the rear of the headrests? Looks like a nice crease on the one placed on the passenger side seat.
