Just thought you guys might want to see my latest mods. Upgraded the front fascia and colour matched the fog light bezels and eyelids. I also shaved the ram emblem and filled the chrome bumper insert holes. Enjoy!

Andrew.. the pix dont do it justice. Looks great in person!!!
Too bad you had to get this done due to an accident, but what better way to get a unified front end on the Magnum :)
Also the body colour matched rear spoiler finishes the whole car off!!

Thanks pal. Yeah I've had that grill sitting around for about 8 months. I was gonna try and incorperate it into my original fascia like you did Jonn but this worked out better for me. You inspired me to do this btw. :)
Oh, and nice wheels, buddy. :thumbs_u:
Jonn if it wasnt for you bustin' out that great deal on the Zinik 20's with Toyo Proxis S/T's on them I would never have been able to put my car at the level its at. Thanks so much Jonn. You made it happen for me. I will buy you another breakfast if you are ever back in our area.

I've been hesitant to do eyelids on my Bright Silver MSRT8 because I wasn't sure how a body color lid (except for black) would look. But yours look great... and you say they are vinyl AND painted. Explain please?
My pin red striping is vinyl so I'm not adverse to a vinyl application, but who knows if my local guy could match my body color... I'll have to ask him.
Could you post some pics illustrating the vinyl vs. painted portions, etc? Please?

These eyelids are urathane i believe. Somebody step in here and correct me if I'm wrong. They come with adhesive on the back and they are designed for a magnum headlight. My first set I just left black and went with a contrast look. However with this new fascia I had them colour match them for me. They painted them prior to putting them on the headlight. There is flex agent added to the paint to aid in the panels being bent to match the conture of the car.[/quote]
Here is some pictures of the eyelids on my car before I changed the fascia.

Looks awesome dude..
now watch out for the critters..
You have a spare pair of foglight bezels now? I like the colour matched look..
Adam at eastway mentioned that he could paint my chin spoiler when they are doing my facia (they didn't match it when they put the new hood on).. since there are some flaws in the paint on the hood and stuff painted into the clear on the front quarter panels, they can do the facia when they redo the hood and panels.. would be nice to get the bezels done too..
Would love to do an SRT front end, but out of pocket that would be a bit too spendy.. :)

Thanks for the explanation and additional pics. Now how about a link to the outfit that sells these. Don't think I've seen anything like that before. How much? Where from?
I definitely like their 3-D look vs. a thin film of paint on the lens. Definitely the way to go IMO. Just throw us the info... please again!

Some of the best eyelids you can buy. I would suggest painting them though...I bought a set 6 months ago, and since my car was black, I left them black...They now have a greenish tint to them, but I have a brand new set that is going on when I get my car out of the paint shop next week.

I still had what I thought were spare silver versions of amber bulbs for you -- but I finally plugged them in last weekend and they were blue! So I kept this useless part around for 9 months. Sorry man.
okay now i have to ask the smart a$$ question -- you gonna get at SRT6 emblem from the crossfire for your tailgate?

No hits yet Ken. I have modified my route lately. I've been taking the 401 home at night. The reason I used to stay of the 401 is because I have a lead foot. If I get on a 400 series highway I tend to drive way to fast. So I have been putting the cruise on this past week and It seems to keep me legal. God I have to stay legal for a few months. I can't take another ticket :)

Thanks Greg! Yes I decided that my front tag has to go when I ever get a srt fascia as soon as I saw your ride! I couldn't imagine punchin' two holes in that fascia as soon as i paid for it :) Its the perfect location. You inspired that mod for sure man!
No problem on the silver bulbs Greg. I won't try to pretend that I'm not disappinted. :) However I'll just have to drive down to Niagra Falls and get another set some time :) Its all good. Thanks for the thought. Your a man of your word for sure!
Greg I think you MUST know the answer to that SRT6 question before you asked it. I would never EVER misbadge my car. That is something I would never do. I just simply love the look of the SRT fascia. I am however attempting a performance upgrade with the new JBL headers from HHP. I know its never gonna be a SRT but I do want to make it a bit meaner.
Andrew, it looks kickass... I should know, I smile everytime I see mine! You did a great job!
Thank you Jim and thank you to everyone else I haven't address that have had nice words for my mods. I'm really happy with the way its turned out and I promise I'll never rebadge my ride. :thumbs_u:
Well hopefully you'll have my luck with the second one. (First one kissed a Caddie...) The second took out a Racoon without a scratch. Poor thing. Silver bulbs... Let me go look... Hmm....

Hey Andrew re the badge--I know you wouldn't man. BUT your car IS approaching hypothetical LX-SRT6 levels with all the mods you have done:
-top of the line suspension; performance wheels; I think you have CAI-right?, upcoming headers; zoomers, and the aggressive look that sets it apart. It has to be one of the top 3.5 kick ass cars around. You almost need your own badge like SXT-GT!
I will be ordering some spare silver/amber bulbs eventually, I'll be sure to get lots.
