ok i have 22" 180 spoke rims on my 2005 300c and i have to problem. the first is that the rims stick out the slightest bit from the fender and if i hit a dip or bump in the road they hit the fender and you can hear them scrape so i look at the tires the other day and the are beginning to get slices in them not anything to worry about but it pisses me off. also i heard i ticking when i drive. can anyone help me? im am afraid i may have to take them off( may leave them on for summer)

Wheel shop sold you the wrong offset for the car (or they're just plain too wide). 22x10's will fit if the offset is right. Don't ask me the right number though, I don't know it for different widths. Unless you can machine off the inside of the wheels (BAD idea anyway), you're stuck.

I had a set of spokes on my lincoln back in the day, when i heard the clicking i had ignored it (bad idea) the rims needed to be trued any how what happaended is the spokes came loose and tore the inner rubber and i got a flat..thrashed the rim and so on.
