Who is the contact at the shop?

So I got some PM's from someone at the shop saying they had my UConnect order request and to call and make a payment. When I called, they transfered me to someone who quoted me 4 times the amount that was given in the PM quote. I read the PM to the guy on the phone, and he said that he didn't even know they were on LX Forums and there is no way they would sell the UConnect for what I was quoted. He said not even the dealer sells them for that. What is up, who do I talk to.... help...

Sorry about that, there was a guy from the forums buying a module and harness for $155. When you call ask to make payment to miles for $225 for the mirror, harness, and module. Thanks!
