I looked all over for something simple that would fit onto the little stub of a 2006 300 Touring AWD I own and never found a thing. Most exhaust tips are just too long or too narrow to work. So I chopped up a different tip to make my own...
Started with a fairly cheap tip (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=006&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWN%3AIT&viewitem=&item=160107404393&rd=1,1) designed for a PT Cruiser...

The intake are was too narrow, the overall length was too long... so basically I bought a tip like any other out there... No good.
Got the Sawzall out and cut the back half off... Then drilled/tapped three of my own holes to relocate the original hardware. Was left with a stubby little tip that fit just right...

Looks good from a distance since you don't see the hardware...

Didn't take a picture of this angle, but it looks really sharp from directly behind the car!
About as nice as I expected, so I'm happy...
