I have a Magnum RT on ORDER and want to put some 20's on it. Need some feedback on anyone who has done this. How is the ride, and what tire size did you go with? Thanks in advance for the help.

Well a 20" ride isn't going to get any better then mine...I ended up with 255/45/20's...thats the most possible sidewall you can get. Its noticeably rougher then stock but after driving it for a couple days I don't even notice it at all. The biggest thing I noticed was increased tire noise but even thats gone FROM my mind now.

The ride should be rougher, the suspension calibration should be compromised (unless your 20's weigh precisely the same as the stock 18's with tires), speedo will most likely be off (unless the precise overall height is the same), and cornering at high LOAD will be "jittery" to "dangerous", I say go for it. Style does pay a high price.

Coming FROM sports and sporty cars, on my SXT, the ride is improved with too-low profile 19s, in my opinion. The stock RT suspension might be firmer than the SXT though.

It's not that rough, as long as your tires are balanced properly. only place i see noticeable vibration is going over small sets of bumps or ripples in the road.
