3M Paint Protection Film

Fancy name for a clear bra... I scheduled an appt for Saturday to get the entire front end of the Magnum done. The kits the have for the Magnum are pretty wild, they are priced online for around 500 for the whole package but this shop is doing it all for 350. I'd highly recommend this since the Magnum has soo much paint on the nose, between the bugs and rocks its gonna get chipped up pretty bad if you don't protect it.

I tried to have mine done by UltraSheild. They use the 3M film with their cutouts. They spent 1 day on the bumper and could not get it to fit correctly. The second day they spent 6 hrs on the grill and could not get it to fit without streaching the film. Both looked bad. The hood, fenders, grill cross bars and mirrors looked ok. Took everything off. They said they will give me a call when they have a new and improved cutout. There was also several places on the bumper that was not covered due to the shape. Over all I was not happy with seams and gaps left.
