Does anyone knows of a supercharger kit for the 5.7L of the 300C? Any other engine modifications?
Thanks!

Kenne Bell is working on one for the Hemi Dodge Ram Truck, but it has been delayed for many months due to issues with the computer. Apparently Chrysler is very tight lipped about the computer and some reverse engineering must be going on. If they get it to work, I read somewhere they'll look at other Hemi applications.
I'm guessing the kit would be hard to fit under the 300C/Magnum hood without modification and the MDS means another computer to crack. I wouldn't expect this anytime soon IMHO. :(

Just put a $700 Nitros Express 100hp kit on it. The Hemi Rams really wake up with this, they get 100hp but 200ft-lbs of torque! It's as much power as the Kenne-bell supposedly made, is ready now, costs 85% less, and is only on when you want it. Actually the N2O can go pretty fast and is also pretty expensive over the long run to refill. Still $700, an afternoon's worth of work, and probably well INTO the 12's with no other changes.
I'm also begining to think Kenne-bell has given up on this unless somebody else fixes whatever porblem they are having. Personally I think it's with the electronic throttle. It hink if somebody came up with a conversion kit for that there would be plenty of trubos, and superchargers on the market the next day.
Actually the trubos seem to be further along at this point, I know of 3 places making turbos or planning turbos on the Hemi. STS has a kit installed on a Hemi Ram and is planning a fall release. The way the kit mounts, remote, it should be easy to adapt to any Hemi application. It's supposed to be under $5000 for a dual 5 PSI and 10 PSI setup.

Where did you end up mounting the throttle switch, under the gas pedel I assume?
How do you like it, feal a ton more power? How does the ESP react to it, I would be woried about the throttle closing on me if the tires started to spin to much.
When you gonna hit the track and get some times with that thing?

I get the info of a couple of good Ram webboards. Personally I'd like to do more mods on my Ram, but really think in a few years I'll end up trading it in on a Magnum or Charger so I won't go as far as addin something like N2O or a turbo. Then again either one of those things might be able to be taken off a Ram and put on a Magnum, hummm.....Maybe I should look INTO them more! Actually I'll probably end up with headers, a gutted cat, and a programmer. That added to the CAI I already have I'm sure will keep me pretty happy with the Ram until I can afford to trade it on a Magnum.
From what I understand about the Hemi and N2O is that it works fine, no problems with the throttle even in the event of wheel spin and unless you wait until 2nd gear to hit it, wheelspin is all that will happen! There is no ESP on the Ram, but there is something called torque management, that can be disabled on the 2003's, and the few Hemi Ram's I know with N2O are all 03's.

the STS system doesn't seem that great. i dont really like their turbo placement. all they way in the back... that would cause a ton of turbo lag. plus, there seems to be no protection to the air filter and turbo, if that thing gets hit or sucks up water, you're screwed.
