Board Metting Saturday May 12th at 10:30am

Just a reminder to all Board Officers that there is a meeting tomorrow starting at 10:30 we will meet at the Perkins off of I-4 at 535(crossroads shopping center) the meeting will start at 11a

were going to be discussing the various events and issues we currently have and will have..
this will be our first "official" Board meeting, the other meetings are as well official but this is mainly concerning the board members themselves, actions and responsibilities along with future events towards the groups benefit......
Regular members are welcome to join in and give there opinions...You as a member have this right!!!! if you feel you would like to share your views with the current activities then please meet and do so!
Here are the Officers that are meeting tomorrow:

President
Vice president
Chairman of board
3 board directors (at least 1 of the 3 need to be present...)
Treasurer
secretary
The event directors will be notified in writing the issues discussed for future events and or regards to their chapter.....if you cannot make it out that is fine as long as you make sure your views are directed towards the president or the chairman of the board...

The main things on the agenda for tomorrow right now are:
1. an update on the June 16th Car show.
2. Formal filing of the docs needed for Federal EIN, and the status of filing for 501 (c)(3).
3. Getting the banking set up
4. Regional and local events.
5. Open Discussion

Anything that the regional directors or general membership would like to be put on the agenda, please PM either KGBpro, President or Daytona2195, Chairman and we will make sure to get it on the agenda for this meeting.

We look forward to all that are able to make the board meeting, this is the first formal one, every couple months we will be having them, and not just in Orlando, we are planning on having them in various areas of the state to afford more regional participation.
