SO I was talking to some of you guys earlier in the week about getting an RT ordered and my situation with another person buying my truck. Well..... I went to the dealer saturday. I tell them I want an RT in midnight blue, dark grey interior and a sunroof. Well of course they didn't have one there. They didn't even have any more RTs. Well we go test drive a black sxt. I havn't driven the rt yet, but man the sxt rode like a luxery car. You could see all the heads turning as we drove down the road. So back to the point. We get back to the dealer with the car and we're looking at the black paint. The black was really gorgeous. It wasn't flat black, it had lots of metalic chips in it. Very nice. So I start thinking, well maybe I'll change the color to black because that may speed this process up. Just as we decide on black. The salesman comes out and has the most ridiculous news none of you will believe! He says I have a midnight blue RT with dark grey slate interior, sunroof, and 6 speaker system that is scheduled to arrive in two weeks. MUWAHAHAHAHAHA.
So the dealer had stopped selling cars off of the truck like this because they had a few problems where other salesman sold cars that were already sold. Fortunatly enough for me, the guy I was with was good friends with the manager and not only did I get a deal on the car, but it's already registered under my name, so encase someone else tries to sell it, they willl see it's already sold.
So now the count down begins!
