negative for factory SRT wheels...you will not need spacers...they will fit directly on w/out issues....the SRT wheels have a higher offset, so there will not be any issues...the SRT wheels need a higher offset, because they have to clear the brembo breaks...w/ a non-SRT you will just have more space behind the wheels....good luck - jimmy
