Brazoria Count Charger Club

Would any one be willing to help me start a club for Charger owners in Brazoria county? I have seen several Chargers here in town and even made contact with some. I am not web-savy and I work shift work so I would need a ton of help. I wouldl ike it to be fun with cruises and maybe do some things for charity.
Again I do not know anything about all this - just would like to try.
