How do you get to them?
Do you need to take out the Headlamp Assembly?
Are they really there?
"mine NEVER flashed or even came on since I bought the Car"
Thanks in Advance......

The only way to get to them is by taking the headlamps apart. Not a very easy task.

They should come on when you turn on your parking lights. They don't flash.

But you can make them flash. Mine do. Its free and easy

It's at about 4:30 I believe. Scott from St. Paul Automotive did it to my car at my first Meet & Greet

You switch two wires around! Very easy mod to do!

Yeah...Thanks for the info.....
BUT.....
I need to change the light bulbs as mine are not functional.....
They don't come on at all....
I did the mod to make them flash (reversing the 2 outside wires at the connector) But they still don't do anything....no parking lights, no blinkity-blink.
Thanks

if you are talking about the reflector inside the headlamp, they are just that. no lights behind them.

You can get em out. You have to get your hand down behind the lights, next to the fenders. There's a plastic tab that protrudes out of the headlight assembly. Turning that tab will pop out the socket and bulb.

This is what you'll be looking down on. Drivers side. Reach down to the far right.

Yeah you can yank those light bulbs off!
Oh do the blinker mod also when you get the chance!!
Yes, there should be lights behind the reflectors...I believe it is a law or something about seeking light from the sides and all

I just did this mod after watchin that vid. Took 7.5 minutes for both sides. Even meaty-nub-handed mechanics can squeeze their paws in there and get the driver one out, but clip it in? nope...
Anywho, cool mod, great vid on doing it too.

The blinker mod looks even better on a Charger because the turn signal and side marker lights are farther apart.
The side marker lights are very dim. You may not realize that they are on.

Things I noticed after blinker mod:
1: Lights on - side marker blinks opposite main blinker
2: Lights off - side marker blinks with main blinker
3: Lights off - right blinker on, left main / side blinker bulbs blink faintly (does the same thing with left on)
4: Lights on - right blinker on, left main / side blinker bulbs don't appear to blink, but you can see them pulse very faintly (does the same thing with left on)
5: Lights on or off - run hazards, side ones don't blink.
Anyone else notice these phenomena?

Now add Day Time Running lights to the mix!
I noticed 1 & 2 but didn't pay real close attention to 3-5.
