AFAIK, chrysler does not sell the knobs separately.
techconnect is offline at the moment. when it comes back online, i'll get you the manufacturer and then maybe you can source the knobs from there.

Do a search for Mouser Electronics. They sell the knobs for about $8 each. There have been write-ups before about these. Mines broken too. I bought 3 from Mouser but haven't followed through with the install yet.
