Both look real good. If you are looking for light weight forged rims, Forge-tec has rims that look similar to the first pic. On the Sell and Swap forum, someone was selling new Forge-tec's for $1900 with new Toyo tires.

Of the two I would pick the top one.
My rule of thumb (not necessarily anyone elses) - Count the lug nuts. That's the number of spokes. (I suppose doubled five would qualify: the top one fits the rule)
