I am putting the SRT suspension on my RT this weekend. Any tips from those of you that have done this in the past?
Are the stock springs worth trying to sell?

Stock springs I doubt you'll sell. Are you doing the cradle drop for the rears or just the control arm drop?

Ummmmm, I have no clue. Probably just the control arm drop so I don't have to unbolt a ton of things. Is that the easier way?

If your not installing the Sway Bars yes.Make sure you have a large drift pin to align the holes to put the control arm bolt back in.

Well 6 hours later and a bunch of aches this morning, she's all done. I'm hoping the front settles some more cause she is sitting right at level, 30.5 inched from ground to top of fender on all four wheels. I would like a slight rake but am happy with the looks at level.
FYI
I have 28k miles on her and the front shocks were trashed!!! I could easly fully compress them and they took forever to rebound. With the used SRT shocks, I couldn't get them to budge at all. Now the rears are a different story. I swapped my stock springs and shocks for a set form a R&T RT Charger about 10k miles ago, those babies are still in great shape. And yes I will be putting these up for sale but am talking with one guy right now. Giving him first dibs, but if the price is not right or they are not what he is looking for up they go.

Good job AM, is the ride stiffer now?
Remember those rear shocks are Nivomats, it's good to see their being used.

The fronts will settle, the rear could be down a little too if the susp came out of a 300 or Charger.

The SRT set up is from the one and only RedFoxx, so I know it came off a Magnum.
Didn't really get a chance to test her out last night, was raining and I was not far form home. Not to mention the slow drive that seemed to be going the same place I was!!!!
