Denis WhiteHere's a link (http://www.wkjeeps.com/misc/LX/2006_300_Heritage_edition_lo_res.pdf) to the PDF describing the features of the H.E.
Let me know if your have questions beyond what that answers. You also can put HERITAGE in the search field and find numerous threads dealing with these great models.

Denis,
I'm the friend STL-SRT8 was talking about. I love my HE. I traded my 2 year old '05 300C in for it a acouple of weeks ago. The HE is just a grouping of options put together in a single package. Here are the list of the features I like best that are not on the standard C: SRT seats (very comfortable), auto high beam, HID head lights, tuned exhaust, better steering, more aggressive shift programing, headlight washers, HE specific 18" chrome wheels, fully chromed grille (standard C has grey plastic with chrome outer strip, HE red, white and blue 300 C badging on doors and seats, perforated leather seats, SRT rear deck spoiler, paint colors unique to the HE's (mine is a Brilliant Black Pearl Coat), back up sensors, Sirius satellite radio and more.
If you can find an HE out there, I would get it. Buying a standard C with the same options on the HE would cost you more.
I am doing a few small mods, not too much, just some things to personalize it a bit, including some Hemi badging, fog and highbeam super white replacement bulbs, painted splash guards and a Mopar cold air intake.
Take a look at these links showing some of my posts on the 300Cforums site:

The 300C HE has definitely caught my attention. I remember Chrysler introducing them and then I forgot about them. Probably because I've never actually seen one at any of the local dealers' lots or on the road. Does anyone know if the HE will be offered in MY2007? Or should I be looking to snap up a 2006 (if I can find one) before they're gone? From what I can tell doing an inventory search there are NONE left in Massachusetts and only a couple of handfuls in all of New England. Somehow I'm getting the feeling these might be a future collectible right behind the SRT-8's, maybe even rarer.

My understanding (unfortunately not reliable!) is that there is, or may be another H.E. run for 2007, beginning in late Dec. Personally I think this is unfortunate because it make my ride less unique. On the other hand, they are making more Daytona Chargers in series of 4000, but in different colors year to year... so maybe the '07 H.E., will be in different colors that the IR, BB and CV of '06. That's just a guess.
But the deal will not be as good as for an '06 H.E. right now until the last one is gone... and in my opinion it would be worth a plane ticket to find one somewhere in the NE or Mid-Atlantic, fly down to get it, and drive it home!
Speaking of which, my local dealer has a BB in the local mall (and I think they still have an IR one as well). If interested, give Kincheloe Motors a call in Parkersburg, WV (304-485-7576) and ask for Buck Johnson. Tell him you heard it from me...
Just checked their website. '06 inventory indicates they still have the IR, but doesn't list the BB. Yet, Buck told me on Sat. that the BB was in the mall. At least that's what I thought he said. I know the other one (either IR or BB) was not on their lot...

Thanks for the info. It would be great to pick up an Inferno Red 300C HE to match my wife's Inferno Red 300M. We get more compliments on that car, even from Chrysler haters. The 300C HE's are just a stunning additoin to an already classy car.

The IR Heritage Edition is still available at my local dealer. It's got the NAV and about everything except rear VES. Give 'em a call and make a great deal before year end.
