Well I got the pillars back today and I put them in! The 4 long ones were pretty easy. The back triangle pieces took a little time because of the weather striping it kept getting stuck underneath the pillars but I used a plastic puddy knife and the stripping came right out from underneath the pillars. I think it looks a ton better than just black. The write up I will do when I get some more free time. Most likely wed I will post it up!

I guess I'm swimming upstream on this one... I don't like seeing gaps that don't make sense. Because you can still see a gap at the top and the bottom of the pillars when they're colormatched, I personally prefer them left a contrasting color. JMHO... I certainly wouldn't say colormatched looks bad though!

Looks good - those real lowenharts? or fake-en-harts? I love those LD-R style wheels.

No idea whatever paint the body shop uses. Guess just regular auto paint. Yeah I have no Idea!!
My rims are the FAKE ones! Funny though I never have seen them before then I bought a rim magazine and come to find out they are the most copied rim that is on the market! These real rims came out in 93.

Wow! Now I am really stumped being that I was opting for the chrome version of that for my car but after seeing yours I`m thinking that maybe this is the way to go....
I am going to check with the guys at work to see what it would cost to have them painted in Linen Pearl Metallic to match my baby.
Gotta love this forum and the members for their ideas, etc.
