Sales is one thing, but SERVICE is what matters..
You might call the local Better Business Bureau and see how many complaints they've logged...

I just bought my RT from them on Friday and the sales department was great. They gave me the deal I wanted and I was in the business a few years ago so I know this was a good deal.
I have yet to deal with the service department and I would like to see some feedback about them.
Cheers,
Mike :pepper:

Yeah - I got my R/T from them last Month. Negotian was simple and straight forward and without BS. I presented a deal to them and 2 hours later I rolled out with my brand new R/T. Easiest negoiations ever.

I can say that they checked stock and had my power steering hose ready and at the parts counter when we drove down from the Track day at Willow Springs, they were curtious and very helpful, great customer service, now the chrysler dealer across the street, was not even close to wanting to help us. Just my experience.

Bought the SRT from them a few months back. Excellent buying experience. Conducted everything via email initially. Got the deal I asked for. No hassle. Have not gone for service there yet. Unfortunately they sold me a service agreement that is NOT applicable to the SRT! Other dealerships won't honor it. SHEESH! Gotta make the time now to get back there and sort them out.

Just had my R/T back in for a new stereo since the 6 disc changer wouldn't give my CDs back to me. The service guys were uber busy and short handed but made everything happen very quickly. Got me in and out and were conscious of my time. They have been great so far.

good things to hear! I took my RT in for 30k service, was pretty good, cost me 4 bills, but thats what happens I guess? I dont do my oil changes through them, but instead jiffy lube. The service was good I felt, but my service advisor didnt call me to tell me that my car had to be held one more day, took me calling him...
