Be sides its a fun park and a real good setting. A nice little lake and trees its a classic old town park very nice.

Thanks Scarbrs - I can't wait. It appears that my inquiries with Chicagland Mopar Connection, http://www.chicagolandmopar.com (http://www.chicagolandmopar.com/) have paid off. They're excited about the opportunities. I love my classic muscle cars, but I've become an obsessed LX owner, too. I can't think of a better way to marry the two. Many of us CMC'ers are LX owners and enthusiasts of both generations. More and more, this will become the norm. I'm looking forward to this event, as well as Belvedere (July), Rt.66 Mopar Classic event in Joliet (August), Mopar Nats (August), etc, as well as enjoying some of the LX-only events too! Hope to meet some new friends and enjoy all of our kick-a$$ cars.

Nope not yet I get it back on Wednesday. So I am pushing it on time. I ran wires to the back for leds power at dub show. I have to clean car. shorten the oil fill tube and glue it back on. get rubber mounted on back of extension piece. And hope I get it back in time. I am coming up on Friday after work. So I have 2 nights to work on car when I get it back. If I dont get it back I will have the old stock cover on.

Damon, I know you have thought this through already but what happens when the engine torques over? Since I have a 6.1 I have no idea how much play is in the mounting brackets for the 5.7 engine cover...

dam I did not think of that one Don. J/k The front piece is removable and is only put on for show. As for the rest it clears all hoses and other things fine. The engine cover is still mounted the same as before. Can't wait to see some nice cars at this show.

its all good mang. im just trying to get my house done and on the market before rates go any higher. not too many people moving now because they cant get what they thought they would get...plus interest are creeping up every month. if i find a house i need to jump on it fast. Fireman Yes we will have our own area. If you read CornetJohns post this year there will be a class just for us. Were in the park thats up to them. You pay at the gate once you get there.

I HATE DHL. My Airbox was shipped correctly by Ram Air Hood and DHL sat on it for a day when it was 2nd Day Air!! Instead of correcting the problem by upgrading to Next Day they did nothing!! POS company!! The amount of times that DHL has screwed up shipments to me is 90% of the time.

I hope someone on this forum works for them and can tell them how PO'd I am. As for everyone else all I can say is stay away from DHL!! Make sure the company that you buy parts from doesn't use DHL and refuse to order if they do.

Please excuse my ranting and raving. Hopefully I can hurt their business as they have ruined my weekend.

Mike that was Roy's Idea. But yea that is the best idea since you know how to get to 45 and Grand. You could go to 120 to 83 to Rollins.Ither way Rollins is where you want to go.

12/59 is a good route but way longer in time.
