Okay hammer, the first link worked, but #2 linky no worky. The auto mechanic for the college I work at used to work on police vehicles. I will ask him tomorrow if he can dig up a number for you. You are referring to the center caps, correct?

Rev.,

Try 04895432AA. I think that might be the part number you're looking for.

I called Regent Dodge here in Nashvegas and talked to their illustrious parts department and they said:

Sorry Rev didn't mean to mis-lead you..

Last year when we all got the first issue of these rims we all wanted the chrome caps but the price was D.C. crazy $170+
there were more than a few rants about the price of these caps at the time, thats why knobody has them on there car currently, that I have seen.

Well I called my Canadian D.C. parts guy and yep sure enough they dropped the price. Why couldnt they have done this last year when I bought my rims. Well one more thing to add to the mod list.

Now Rev... I wonder if Dan has his squad car back together yet... I'd hate to see a wheel fall off on him after taking off the centercap to get the number for you...

You owe him rep points!

Man, I wish that was how I found the part number!!! We still have the Crown Vics. They are nice enough, but the new ones (2006) have some quirks that I can't stand... doors sound hollow, cage is moved forward cutting down on how far I put back the seat, etc. We used to have a Camaro as a traffic car, hopefully we'll get Chargers or Magnums eventually. The head of the Traffic Unit is also in charge of ordering cars, and he's a real car nut. Nice guy, too.

I just saw a Charger squad today. It belongs to the Midlothian PD. Sweet looking car.

That first link is sure annoying. Every page has a popup and it keeps wanting to put 3rd party cookies on my PC. I have my system set up to prompt me if this happens.

Cool looking cars, though.
