A friend of mine showed me a video of these wheels by DUB called PimpStars that light up and project an image even while you are driving. I wouldnt have any use for them personally, but anyone with a show car could probably find these useful. A company logo would look great lit up at a car show. Check it out and give your opinions.

Now I've seen it all. The world is going to end now.

That is the same technology as the LED "hovering" time clocks. Pretty cool, but definitely not for me.

DAMMIT! Someone emailed me a page on these this morning and you got to the forums before I did. What this site doesn't tell you is the cost for all this wonderfulness.
$12,500 for a set of 22's. You can use software to create your own images.
Gee what a great idea. And economical too!

If you are truly rollin large wheels, say 24's they are $15,000 and 26's are only $19,000.
How about the $1,000,000 set of wheels from Asanti that sports a total of 110,000 carets of genuine gemstones- and comes with a free Bentley Continental GT as a sort of “manufacturer’s rebate".
Crazy what people with too much money will spend it on.

Very nice execution of a design that can be used in a very tacky way....
I admire what they've done, but not what they put on it! From a technical perspective, it took a lot of work to make it possible and to make it updatable while moving.
Do I like the outcome? No, too cheesy for me, thanks. But it does make me laugh, just like guys who drive with their big 42" plasma display facing the rear window, turned on...

Great way to advertise...A TAX WRITEOFF!
I think it's cool! If I had the coin, and say...a Hummer H2 or Nissan Armada (not a GM/Ford fan), I'd do it!
