Will the ProKit 1.6" drop work OK with the factory struts and shocks on a V6 300?
Thanks

I thought I read that due to the drop the factory shocks and struts will wear prematurely... any truth to this?

I think that temporarly yes....but long term no. Reason is that the Stock shocks are made for the the Stock springs and the shocks will have less travel with the pro kit therefore putting those stock shocks under a whole lot of pressure.
I am waiting for the Eibach Dampers to come out so that I can use this combo...my shocks are already shot!! Real spongy right now so I just have to wait.
hope this helps....

No, you get big time bounce on large bumps or pot holes. Eibach dampers going on Saturday. Will let you know if these improve the bounce/recoil. Springs improved cornering and handling, hopefully dampers improve the rest. Ordered them from our vendor Blue Smoke.

I haven't noticed any degradation at all on my stock shocks with the Eibach ProKit springs installed. Been installed since new, now at 23K.

I'm real interested to see how these turn out. How much did you pay?
