LOL, my local Chrysler dealership called me this afternoon and asked me to be in their commercial advertisement. Not sure if my ugly mug will make it to the final cut, but thought that it was cool of them to ask me.

So, tomorrow at 12:30 I begin my short lived career as a Star.

Oh ya, go ahead and have your five minutes of fame. You'll never talk to any of us again most likely. We'll just be a thing of the past.

Sounds cool, good luck.

That gives me an idea... have to talk to my dealer. I'll soon have the only Heritage Edition in WV (AFAIK). Certainly the only one in this area... might be worth a spot on the local station!

Heh, thanks all. I just came back from the taping. Easy stuff...they asked me questions about my experience with my dealership. I will say this, of all the dealerships I've been too, this has to be one of the best. The people at Minot Chrysler really do go out of their way to get you the best price. To wit:

I bought my '05 Magnum last May and it was originally $32,000 and they dropped it down to "best price" of $24,000 then gave me the DCX discounts. That may be true for most dealerships, but these guys also gave me $500 over blue book for my old trade-in (Kelly Blue Book for my old Stratus was $5000...and with bald tires...heh). In short, I'm very pleased with these guys and their service department.

Well, to cut it short they will send me a tape of the commercial and hopefully I can get it transferred to the computer. It will air locally in North Dakota. I'm not sure how much of me will be in it...it's all about sound bites you know.
