He wants to pass on a big thank you to all that were involved in the forum’s efforts to get him reinstated; infront of, and behind the scenes.

In fairness let’s also congratulate DCX for the rare corporate ability to reverse a decision, that was seemingly set in stone. There is human side to that corporate structure, and now Ralph has his job back at the plant he loves.

I also congratulate the individuals who took advice to keep their emotions in check, and let the campaign play out. As we can see it has paid dividends.

This is important: Ralph, through forum exposure, put his faith in us, and also put the beating heart of his family’s future in our hands. Let’s see the long term picture, and continue to protect that heart on forums.

I have to say that I have never before been so touched by the outpouring of concern and caring by so many individuals that I have never even met, It is true that these forums are not just a place to come and post information but rather a tight knit community (or even family) of people that share common interests with eachother and extrodinary passion and commitment to the members of these communities. My family and myself cannot thank you enough for all of the support the you have afforded us but are forever greatfull for you being here in our time of need. I would also like to thank those that took the time to take the initiative to start and follow through with this campain. First there is my dear friend Kenny King who once I informed him of the situation jumped all over it and took up the torch and ran, unfortunately the timming was not as opportune as his yearly trade show in Arizona was to start in January, he did however leve the task in very capable hands with Godardzilla and Northern Rider who were the driving force behind the sceenes to the very end and I must say that I have been totally impressed by their professionalism and commitment, and no less DMAG for spearheading the christmas drive for us (much appreciated bro) I hope in the future to meet with you guys face to face to thank you in person. That said I could go on forever singing the communities praises but family life calls and there are dentist appointments to keep.

Congratulations to Ralph, glad you are back to work. For many years I was the the local president of a plant that had the IAM as their union. Over the years we had people dismissed by the company. Some we were able to get re-instated and some we were not. I know how hard it is for a corporation to back up and re-think their position so I want to thank DCX for backing up and taking another look at Ralph's termination.

I'm new to this forum, and I am very glad to hear Ralph is back at work. Before I bought my car, I was on this website, trying to figure out if the Magnum was a good car for me. Coming from a GM family, and owning many GM cars, it was a hard decision to come over to the Dodge side. I see that not only is the car great, but the people are as well, especially those that would support others on the website.

I spent the afternoon with my 2 brothers this afternoon. We only get together every few months. I told them the story of Ralph as I knew it from reading the original threads. I told them he was let go, and I told them about the help concerned people offered. They were bummed out. Then I told them Ralph was back at work at the job he loved to do. Their faces lit up, as did ours on this forum when we heard the news.
