it is official; we are "CLUB LX of MICHIGAN". we had a great turn out today at BUDDYS PIZZA; there were 20 cars and roughly 38 people at least thats what the bill said. i hope everyone enjoyed the pizza and company of the fellow LXers. i am very happy; there was not one person who wasnt willing to help out and share their opinion; what a great bunch of guys.
this thread will be our means of communication until the website gets up. if there is something you need to ask just me then please PM me instead of posting it here unless it is something you want to share with everyone so it makes reading this thread alot easier. OK. later.

Unfortunately, I'll be spending all weekend working on the car, doing the brakes, flushing the brake fluid, cleaning the underbody, maybe swapping suspension bits and pieces to get it ready for the track days I'll be attending May 4th & 6th.

For those who do want to hit the dragstrip but can't this weekend at US131, I'm hosting an event on Saturday May 6th at Lapeer for another group of enthusiasts I'm involved with (all car types). Please feel free to come on out!
Also, for those that have any interest in spectating (and riding along in some cool cars) at the road course event May 4th at Gingerman (South Haven), contact me for some details. There will be all kinds of cars there, with my LX actually being one of the slower cars; Supercharged Taurus SHOs, a Supercharged Viper, Evo, STI, Tuned Legacy GT, etc.
