I thought I remember Mr. Niftie and maybe even NightShade having one of these. There is a Recall for the MotoMaster HotWash from Canadian Tire. If this is what you have, let me know and I'll forward the details. (The notice was in the local community newspaper).

i installed one of those on mrs chkn's car about 2 months ago. was never impressed with it. takes too long for the warm stuff to come out and when it finally get there, it's not nearly as hot as advertised. also i noticed after using it, maybe 20-40 seconds later, it seems to boil out and spray by itself.
any info you can provide would be appreciated.
thanks.

FFS..
I just can't win lately.. :-P
Gonna have to take my car back to the tint place too.. got the windows tinted saturday.. noticed right away (after getting home) that there are bubbles under the film.. they must have messed up when installing..
At this rate, I am scared to install the tuner.. with my luck it will fry the car.. LOL

Look on the brightside Joe, bad luck usually happens in threes... Your all good now.

Yay, mines 'not defective'... but to be honest, I don't know if the thing even works. I have never noticed that the fluid was any warmer. I know when I hit the washer and then waited, it would leak fluid onto my hood and when I used the washers, it would only get the bottom half of the window..
Since I don't see too many cold days left, I have removed it for the summer. amazing.. the sprayer makes it to the top of the window again and doesn't dribble all over the hood. woot.
