300 C speed limiter at 125 in canadian version

Im new member over here.Im from Europe ,form Poland.
I was buy canadian version of 300 C.I like this car but one thing i would like change.In this version i have speed limiter at 125 m/h - Is any unlimiter,or other posibility to remove limit?
In other export version limiter is at 155 m/h ,maby i can do something with computer ?

superchips is coming out with a tuner that's supposed to eliminate the limiter. check out their forum under the supporting vendor section.

just scroll down on the main forum page and you will see the supporting vendors. i beleive 2 of them are offering the tuners. HHP and TBYRNE. i beleive the HHP group buy is over but TBYRNE is extending there price through the end of this month.

hi urbanchemist i saw that you will have that Superchips tuner,will be glad if you test that in your car
I need ask them in Superchips do they tuner will working with canadian version.

yes it will work there is no diffrence between the american or canadian versions as far as i know. its the european versions that dont have the speed limiter. so you should be ok if you get a tuner for you car.

Europien version have limiter too,but in Europe all 300 is with C ,also 3.0 CRD :(

i have seen posts on the 300c forums that people with the european versions going over 150 so there cant be a speed limiter. the reason for it in the american and canadian version is due to the the speed rating of the tires and also liability issues.

Europien 300C have limiter in about 155 m/h thats is about 257 km/h in metric.You should to know in Europe 300C with full option Hemi ect cost about 80-85 000 $ so that is more in luxury level price.
