I've started to notice a little noise when I'm driving down the road and turn the wheel slightly to the right. It is so slight that with the windows up and the radio level low I can't even hear it. But... with the windows down and a slight turn to the right I can hear it.

It's like a rubbing noise, or grinding noise (metal on metal), almost like the sound of pads against breaks or shoes. It's particularly noticeable when driving along the inside lane of a divided highway with a concrete partition close to the driver's side (reflects the noise I suppose). It definitely goes away upon straightline driving and a slight turn to left doesn't appear to cause it either. It's just there, very slight, when "leaning" to the right.

I don't have any issues with brake function, squeeling or inconsistent braking action. I don't have any belt noises or other engine compartment sounds that seem odd at idel with the hood up (or down). It's just drving along at highway speed (probably happens at street speeds too).

I'm gonna ask my dealer service to check it out, but do any of you folks have any ideas? Thanks.
