2nd annual Automania Classis,Rod, Custom, & Bike Show 36 judged car classes, 15 judged bike classes, and 50 people choice awards. Food provided by Shriner's Club, with all food proceeds going to Shriners Hospitals. Live entertainment, 2 custom car srereo's, 2 car alarms, a motorcycle lift, and a 3 wheel golf scooter to be given away to show partiscipants at show. The Ninth Annual Kumquat Festival’s Car and Truck Show
in Dade City will offer 56 trophies, including two Best of
Shows – 1979 and older, and 1980 and newer; Best Paint;
Best Engine; Best Interior; Best Graphics; 30 trophies for
cars and trucks from 1979 or older; and 20 trophies for
vehicles from 1980 or newer.
Host “Starvin Darvin” Lewis, DJ at the Dade City Cruise-Ins,
will spin his Klassix Tunes. Dash plaques for the first 200
entrants. Preregister by January 14 for $12.50, thereafter,
$15. Proceeds will benefit the Florida Baptist Children’s
Home in Lakeland. Door prizes, 50/50.
Festival events include live entertainment, food, street fair,
farmers’ market, vintage fashion show, wagon rides,
children’s events and antique tractors.
