nice, glad to see they aren't going to reuse the Magnum interior again in the Challenger like they did with the Charger, that interior definatly has a more retro feel to it, especialy with how the did the stitching on the seets to have the horizontal lines like that.

I heard a rumor that DC was thinking about having the HEMI 392 as an option. Can you imagine the ride you'd get with 510 horses under the hood!?! I could probably kiss my drivers license goodbye

I agree, modern interior. The interior looks a bit dated. Hopefully they do a bit more work there. I'm still in though.hot!! dont care much for the interior though. id like to see retro inside with modern inside. seatlbelts in the seat, wow.

Excuse me, but you don't dig the interior? It's got all the styling cues from the '70 model, perfectly! Rallye style dash contour, similar-to-e-body cutaway console design, Challenger-looking door panels, even the tuck and roll pattern on the seats is o.g.! Very tastefully retro, IMHO.
This is what I've been wanting forever. I have a Magnum, and it's modern interior is soooooooooooooooooo generic, it feels like a rental. Just more plastic and leather in generic grays. Big deal. SRT seats are comfy, but look ricey to the max. I loooove the Chally concept's tuck-n-roll seats, I only hope they don't cheap out and just throw the same old 300/Mag/Charger interior in there...
Man, if it looks like those new concept photos I am soooo in!

Bet you they will tone it down for production.

SRT seats hardly look ricey. If anything, they have a German feel to them.

I really like the interior. Modern take on the original interior. Already told the dealer to keep me posted on soonest available list for ordering.

definitely the best looking concept in quite sometime...I really think Ford rattled the cage with the new Mustang and the other two will be playing catch up for a while. It seems producing a two door coupe isnt such a bad thing after all...they could have already done this with the Charger, but thats water under the bridge. I'd like to see a ragtop version of this ride as well...but the overall look is super modern retro. I think they've got a home run here if they dont ruin it when it goes to production.

I'm not sure I like the rear-end quite yet. I think the taillights could use some work. However, I am happy to see it is a true hardtop. Also, the ribbed steering column cover is a nice touch too.

One of the things I would like to see on future LX/LY models is more overhang for a more natural tapering of each end. The 300C was cut artificially short to meet the European length standard.
Pardon my French but screw them.
Lets build at least one of these cars 100% for the American market. Perhaps they will do that with the rumored Imperial.
Make it 215 inches long with a 20+ cubic foot trunk
I want something that blows the Town Car adn DTS out of the water

With the LH you had it both ways. Buy the 300M and get the cutoff rear to meet Euro standards or buy the Concorde/LHS and get the long rear end. While the trunk is huge on the longer models, the 300M looks way better. Unless styled right, I would expect the same about the 300C/Charger.

I don't know, I thought the original LHS (1st gen) was a real looker. Plus if you want to compete with the big Caddy and Lincoln you have to have more trunk space.
Plus, I think the base model 300s really look akward. The rear is so chunky and then they have those skinny wheels and tires under them.

I had 2 on cassette, one on CD that was stolen, another CD that is still MIA and Live Crime. So does that count as 5?
Back on topic; That by far is the best looking hot rod/car I have seen in some time! I can't wait for production on this. I’m not crazy about the interior, it’s too retro for me, and a little wing on the tail would be nice. But man... is it ever sexy!!
I’ll take one to go when they come out! Oh, and the Lady here wants one as a convertible! It looks like the seat belts are already set up for that line of thinking.

Question: Will those hood scoops be effective (assuming they are functional). They are kind of low to the hood, and I wonder if they are in a low pressure zone caused by the airflow being 'bumped up' by the leading edge of the front facia.
I'll just have to check that in my imaginary wind tunnel
