ANY ONE HAVE GOOD YEAR EAGLES F1D3 255-45-18's ON THERE STOCK RT WHEELS THAT HAVE NOT LOWERD THE CAR YET?

Sorry, allowable rim width for this tire is 8-9.5", we have 7.5" rims.

We can put 255/55-18 on our stock wheels, but not 255/45-18? Are they wider?

These tires are the same width. This restriction is from mfg specs. The 255 is quite a bit wider than the rim, so the sidewall has to stretch/flex to fit. The 55 series sidewall has extra height to accommodate this. If there is more to it than that, possibly a tire expert will supplement.

The 255/45-18's are also pretty small diameter. May not fill the wheel well and will throw the speedo off...
