Took the magnum down some dirt roads this weekend, and the clearance isn't that much, had to move rocks about 3 inches tall.
Any recomendations for extra Clearance? Looked at the tire forum and it sounds like new tires could be in order, how large can new ones go? And also stiffer springs/shocks, any recomendations?
Thanks
no tires, go with airbags. you could get probably a foot differential from lowest to highest clearance.

Geez - heard a lot of people talk about dropping, but I think you may be the first I heard talking about raising...

I'm underpaid, I could use a raise too. Sorry, now, back to the thread.
12" suspension lift, 3" body lift and I'll donate some H2 rims with 35's on'em.

Go rent a Magnum from Hertz! Everyone knows that no vehicle is faster or has more ground clearance than a rental!

It's kind of refreshing to hear somebody wants to raise their car rather than lower it. Personally, I like mine where it is. It only scrapes when I'm not paying attention, but still holds the road like a slot car.
Ya that's what I'm talking about

I really would be practical if the AWD Mags could jack up like the Audi Allroads (I think that's the name of them) with the adjustable ride height. Remember that the Mag is a SUV replacement for many people, especially the AWD ones.
