or does anyone know a website that lets you pull up a stock pic of a car and then just add different wheels. i found one on 1010tires.com but it cost money and that is just silly.

Photoshop does everything by a selection
1. Make section (like the tire) with one of the Lasso tools
2 From the edit pull down menu select COPY
3. Click on the photo where you want tire to go.
4. Then form the edit pull down menu select PASTE
5. Then use the TRANSFORM tool also form the edit pull down menu to size of flip, distort

How about this one Hazman, how would i change the color of the car, to see what my ride would look like 2-tone?

Get your brush tool select your size then set mode to COLOR
You can play with the FLOW & OPACITY silders
Pick your color
Making a selection first will keep you within that section

Tirerack has a feature that will allow you to get an idea of what the rims will look like, but it is not perfect by no means

Yes, besides Tire Rack, there's Discount Tire and the website is:
www.tires.com (http://www.tires.com/)
You're right that that these vitual wheel showroom applications often leave a lot to be desired. They're usually out-of-date and don't include the wheels a person really wants to see on his or her car.
