New here as you can tell. Posted this on another forum, but was told I may get some more interest here.
This weekend sees the UK PT Cruiser Club (keep reading) hold their annual meet at Billing Aquadrome near Northampton - the same place as the AACI events.
This is their 9th year and is a very well attended show with a couple of hundred PTs from mild to wild. Paul Marston will be attending with the PT Bruiser drag car, and will be firing it up over the weekend.
Although it is a PT event I have helped create over the past 9-years we feel it could be grown to incorporate other modern MOPAR cars such as Crossfire, 300, Challenger, Charger, Viper, Prowler etc.
So here is an open invite to attend on Sunday 9th August (although you can come Saturday too if you want.). We already have a contigient of Crossfires and it would be good to see a few of Chrysler/Dodges bigger cars that aren't catered for by other events. (Sorry no Jeeps).
A couple of vendors of PT parts at the event are looking to branch out, and if they can see a market it may encourage them. We also have pinstripers, valeting products and other vendors.
Entry to Billing is £10 per car for the day, and we will be taking a £5 per car fee. We are supporting the RSPCA this year and all proceeds after costs go to them. In previous years we've raised £2K for the chosen charity.
