Spotted on Ga. 400

I was in my hooptie van about 10:30am today on Ga. 400 southbound near the Bald Ridge Marina exit and was passed by a Silver RT w/ tinted fronts, a wind screen on the sun roof and some kind of badge on the tailgate just below the center Dodge emblem.

Anybody here driving that thang?
