I have to ask. Are these guys around? I placed an internet order, and received the automated reply, but can't seem to get a hold of anyone in person. I must have called 20 times with just an answering machine. I have left 3-4 messages with no return phone call. Anyone else have anything good (I hope) to share about these guys?

I'm just trying to find out if my MagnaFlow exhaust is an in stock item or if I'm gonna be waiting. It's for a Charger Daytona. Anyone???

Josh is probably on vacation for a few days or something. Or maybe he is sick, and
can't get to the phone. Either way, he is around, and you will get a reply.

Just out of curiosity, how many days have you been trying to get in touch with him?

I just ordered the set-up yesterday, and have been trying to get him yesterday and today with no luck. I know it's not giving them alot of time, but just figured I would have had a return call by now.

You can always PM him. I'm sure he'll get back to you...

He's trying to get 30 sets of Gibson headers shipped he has promised. I know he will get back to you, don't worry.

Naper, first welcome to the forums! Please tell us more about yourself and your LX.

Second, rest assured Josh (of High Horse Performance) WILL get ahold of you when he can. I know he has been crazy busy lately: the guy is in the AF reserve and has been called to duty, flying aid missions into New Orleans. He is also a full time student AND runs High Horse Performance almost always as a full time job.

Its a good idea to PM him. That would be another way to let him know you're trying to reach him.

I'd stake the reputation I've earned here on these forums that Josh is a first class guy that runs a first class operation and that if he hasn't reached you yet, its for a very good reason.

Again welcome, and great choice in deciding to join us and work with Josh!

Cool - Thanks for all the positive input guys. I just didn't know. When you order a part you get jumpy and want it immediately. You all know the feeling. I'm looking forward to the MagnaFlow cat back for my Charger Daytona. I WANT IT TODAY!!! LOL ----

Naperguy,

I work in Naperville... small world. I drive a black 2005 Magnum RT. Good luck with the exhaust.

Spoke to Josh earlier today (used the number on the web site) and the guy is working long hours. You couldn't ask for a better vendor so you can relax on that score.

naperguy, I am relatively new here too, but I can attest to the reputation of Josh of High Horse Performance as well. I wanted to take part in his group buy of the Gibson Headers mentioned above, but I am in Iraq. Josh went out of his way to make sure I could still take part like all of you back in the States.

CV made a good point that Josh is not only working HHP, but also is going to school and trying to do his duties in the Air Force Reserve.

I do know the feeling of wanting the mods ASAP though... don't make the same mistake as me and turn to eBay to take your mind off it. ;)

I talked to Josh yesterday. My MagnaFlow is being shipped directly from MagnaFlow via DHL. I'm hoping I'll have it soon. I guess I just get too excited once I order something. I want it instantly. I was flipflopping between the FlowMaster and the MagnaFlow. I sure hope I made the right choice. I spoke to several people who told me to stay away from Borla. They all said a very nice system, but overpriced for what ya get. I'm hoping between the MagnaFlow and my Volant CAI to at least get the sound I'm looking for, with hopes of maybe 10hp gain.

For even more sounds by your Volant, remove your air silencer. Sorta Easy Job. Great additonal Growl at WOT.

Sorry everyone that's had trouble getting through on our phone lines. We've been extremely busy lately and we're working hard to get caught up with our customer service dept. still after my being out two weeks ago while moving forward with a lot of great new and exciting things.

If anyone ever needs to get ahold of me, please give me a call at 302.894.1115 and if you don't get through, leave a message for me and I'll call you right back if I'm in the office or as soon as I get back in the office if I'm out. Probably the second quickest way of contacting me is to pm me or email me directly.

Thanks everyone!
Joshua, HHP
