Just got the springs installed on my 300 3.5. Running 265/30/22, i took the 4 rear isolators out(the rubber pads that the spring sits on). The problem im having is i think the rear shocks are bottoming out when i hit bumps?(i took the bumpstops off completely). Would buying shorter rear shocks cure this? Where would i get some?

You're not suppose to remove those isolators, but but instead cut about half an inch (I think) from them...

No...those are the bumpstops you cut a half inch from.....the isolater is the rubber between spring and body.

PUT THE ISOLATORS BACK IN! If your using stock shocks....Trim, then put the bump stops back in. If it's still too bouncy, replace the stock shocks with some quality performance dampers. I use the Eibach pro-dampers with my Sportline springs.

with my bags i dont run the bump stops inside the rear shocks and the axles hit body before the shocks bottom out so......you might be hitting body as well just a thought.......
