But I'm afraid your storybook hockey team will be booking tee times in Vancouver.
On the bright side, one of our local golf courses at Whistler is offering free golf for all members of the Blackhawks...now that is a nice gesture!!!

The Canucks have always choked under pressure since day one..........For years they were run poorly by the owners/management........they were too cheap to get good players......made stupid trades.......drafted useless players.......had a number of poor coaches.......****ty scouting/player development.....

IMHO, they will never win the cup.......they need people running the team that are passionate about the sport.........it seems management is only concerned about how much more they can raise ticket/concession prices, and suck more money out of the fans..........

In the main, they have had some great goaltenders.........BUT, if you have no one who can put the puck in the net on a regular basis, and have a defence with more holes in it then Swiss cheese, you ain't gonna win many games..........Canucks have relied too much, and too long on stellar goaltending..........

The only decent hockey worth paying money to see are the Vancouver Giants..............

Loved every minute of this game tonight. My brother and I and two buddies got 4 tickets to the game yesterday... 300 level, but in the second row. Great seats to be entirely honest. The game was absolutely insane... you cannot even imagine how loud that place gets during the National Anthem. WOW... The game was so up and down, but it was just amazing to see the Hawks win. I couldnt be happier.

sweeeeeeeeeeeeet. watched the game at Friday's over a $5 sandwich and $3 bud lights... good times, good times!! was a very good, very even game most of the way through. props to the canucks for puttng up a great fight, and GO HAWKS!

HAHAHAHA. This threads hilarious. read the whole thing. I watched the last peirod. They totally slacked off when they got one up with like 7 minutes to spare or something. Chicagos stealthy though, that one they just tapped 'er in. Just like ninjas! I don't really like hockey, maybe it was the alchohol I was drinking.. but I almost got into it. ALMOST. Canucks choked as usual though, if they won.. maybe I would've actually gotten into hockey. lolol.
