Spent the evening over at Kerry's with Oscar, Taylor, Spencer, Grandma and of course Kerry....
The task at hand... Rolling up all the coins and Paper from the famous 'BCLX Gas Can'... getting ready for the boys to shave their heads for the BC Cancer Foundation.
O M G...
Final tally was around the $2000 mark.... Good work, everyone.
Spencer's math mark went from a C- to a solid mid C by the end of the night.

Thanks to all the regular BCLX contributors... The regular PNWLX guys, and all the out of towners who helped with the donations....

The Gas Can first appeared at one of our meets at the Canadian Tire out on 152nd in Surrey. A joint brainchild of a few of the Old Guard, who had been all touched by the passing of our friend, David, due to his battle with cancer. Dwight packed the can for awhile, before the transfer of the can to the current keeper, Teamo (Oscar), who has done a bang up job, Keeping the Can.

Good Stuff !!

Glad to see it went to a good cause. ... and to the boys ... your hair will grow back... but the real cool is when it won't. :thumbs_u:

I am completely blown away by the donation tally...good work everyone that donated and got involved with this very worthy cause...

My first meet, when Oscar came around with that gas can, and explained what it was for, that was the moment I decided that this was a group I wanted to be a part of.

Hey Chuck, thanks for posting pics.. Kerry told me how you guys made short work of it, great job! "That's how we roll"... LOL I know where she got that from! Oscar, great work with the gas can. When I contributed, I didn't find out until after, what it was for. What a fabulous idea, and when I heard how much you guys counted out, well, outstanding!!
