Is anyone running 11" wide rear wheels around here? 315's in the rear?

I definitely need some more rubber under the car now with the supercharger. I'm probably going to get some 2 piece wheels, but the ones I'm looking at only come in 10" or 11" wide. No 10.5.

Is there any special offset, back spacing, etc. needed to run a 315?

There was a thread a LONG time ago about a guy with a silver Mag, that I think was running 11s with 315s. Wish you coul do a search around here for 3 letters or numbers;)

I believe KMC Nova are 11" and there's a guy on here with them in 22". Also not sure on the specs of the tires.

i found a guy on CM running 11" 22's but he is just running a 295/30 with a lot of fender roll all to clear with air suspension.... I think it was magfx running the wide tires but i think he did some tub action

Yeah, I'm thinking of a 20" x 11. And then a 315 on the rear. I don't mind rolling the fenders or doing a little clearancing in the wheel well, but I don't want to start tubbing unless I absolutely have to.

I used to run an 11" rear, but it was a 22" wheel so any advice I could give probably wouldnt apply here at all. If you do have any questions regarding my setup, Id be more than happy to answer though.

In short, I had a 22x11 rear with a +12 offset, 295/30 tires. At stock height, I would catch the fender lip on big bumps, but I know for a fact that rolling the fenders would have taken care of that problem. After I slammed the back end, I tried the ol 22x11s back on for comdey's sake just to see how it would look and lo and behold.... they fit. Granted I had my fenders rolled by then and due to my car being so low and the negative camber that resulted, the wheels fit out back. I never would have thought they'd make it, but with the wheel kicked in so much at the top, sure enough she cleared.

Other guys with 11s out back have had more luck though, largely due to the wheel offset. Texas Tran has 11s on the back of his Charger, but he has a different offset.... It was either a +15 or maybe even a +18. They tucked under a bit nicer, but Im nearly positive he still rolled his fender as well.

The 295/30 tire I was running looked a bit stretched out on that wheel though, so I would definitely go with more rubber if you do go this route. There is definitely room to make it happen.
