HI guys,
I was wondering if anyone happens to know what brand wheels these are? Also, anyone know of any good looking five spokes available in a 22 x 9.5? thanks

thanks, but I am looking for wheels a little more economical. I don't want to spend 1g on a single wheel.

These are the custom 18"x8" Boyd Coddington Smoothie IIs I got for $1,500 for the set, though they have gone up since then:
http://www.dodgetalk.com/gallery/files/2/7/2/7/6/PICT0013.JPG

I'm pretty sure that this style tops out at 20", but some of the other Boyd Coddington rims are available in 22", and since they are custom made you can be sure that they'll be the right bolt pattern and offset for your car (even if it is an AWD).

You can either google for them, or just use this link (http://www.truckshop.com/home.php?cat=766).

Whew! The ones I like are $600 apiece. I'm not willing to pay much more than $300 a wheel.

You might want to check out the other wheel threads. I seem to recall reading that someone had found a local dealer who was able to beat the online price on the Boyd's!

Smoove7410 - Those wheels are made by Sinister Wheels. I've been tracking those wheels, called the X5, since October of last year. Ali is one of the main guys there, and according to him, the 20 inch version is available right now. However, if you want the 22 inch set, you're on a long waiting list. I was at the top of that list until I caved in and bought a set of TIS 07s. The current waiting time for the 22 inch X5 is late October.

The manufacture that chrome plates these wheels was having problems with certain areas, so they had to destroy the original mold and start new. Although it will still have it's "deep lip" (6 inches), not much has really changed. If you live in the general Los Angeles area, there's a shop called STI Motorsports near Washington Blvd and La Cienega Blvd, in Culver City, that has one on display. This is the only shop in California that has it, since Ali (of Sinister Wheels) is the cousin of one of the owners of STI. I had digital pictures of what they look like next to the car, and it looks insane, but I can't get my camera to download them. Here is their website below. If you look through their gallery, they have a Corvette and a Cadillac Seville on some X5s. Also, you might want to go through Sinister directly, because STI Motorsports will charge you and extra $1500 for them. Trust me, Sinister knows me by name, with the number of times I've called them to check on this wheel... Who knows, I might eventually get a set later on.... Good luck!!

Here is a Vette with a set of 22's on. I just developed the prints I had of some X5's next to my RT.... I may get rid of my TIS 07's and order these. I have to say that they're the perfect wheel for the Magnum, hands down :

Got some bad news for you bro. I just spoke to Ali over at Sinister wheels, and he said that the manufacture that's producing the X5 wheel is giving them the run around. They paid to have another mold done, and the producers are giving them the run around and not returning their phone calls. So in a nutshell, the X5 won't be out until next year some time. He mentioned that they are working on a similar concept wheel that looks like the X5, only it'll have the spokes split in two, and it'll have a lug nut cover. So imagine the X5, but with split spokes, and a lug nut cover.... with the same amount of dish of course. Ali didn't want to give me a specific date on whel they'll start remaking the X5, but for now, they need to find another manufacture that will make them. Which can take a long time. Their DIVINE wheel doesn't look too bad. AND it has the same amount of lip.... Did I mention they have the 20" inch version of the X5 in stock? Call (209) 664-0207 or just go to their website @ www.sinisterwheels.com (http://www.sinisterwheels.com) ..... Good luck.

Why not look at the Foose Nitrous 22x9.5" in chrome? It has a 5 inch lip and hidden valve stem. I know a place that sells them for $450 a piece too.

You might also look at the Axis Orden or VIP. The Axis Orden has the same five spoke look and comes in the 22x9" for the front and 22x10.5" sizes for the rear. The Axis VIP comes in a 22x9.5" size for the front and 22x10.5" for the rear. They're excellent quality, inexpensive and great looking on our cars. Just get them chromed, if you need to have a chrome wheel.
